Complaints Procedure

There may be times when you wish to raise your concerns/ complaints with school.
 
A vast majority of concerns/ complaints are resolved informally and speedily by members of staff who work closely with your child/ ren.
We would encourage you to contact your child's class teacher in the first instance to attempt to resolve any concerns that you may have.
If you are unsatisfied with the response that you receive and/ or your complaint remains unresolved we would encourage you to contact the head teacher or deputy head teacher  by letter to discuss the matter further.
